There is a small island about 30 min sailing from Strytan divecenter. The dive site is at the north east side of the island where we start diving in the kelp forest. Then we have walls dropping from the surface down to 26 meters. At the depth from 1-9 meters there are holes in the wall where 67°c hot water is coming from the walls. After the dive we sail around the island stopping in the small town at Hrísey. In and around Hrísey are thousands of birds and usually we see Humback whales and some types of small whales. Often we see seals on the rocks of north part of the island.
