In the great year of 2017, Strýtan Divecenter is going to host it’s first PADI Women Dive Day event!
The international Women Dive Day is going to be on the 15th of July 2017 and we’re excited to participate! We’re going to have a lot of great deals on courses, dive tours and equipment for us ladies! We’re going to make a special girl only dive boat, take two great dives and end the day in the hot tub with drinks and barbecue!
If anyone wants to try out diving we’ll also have an PADI Open Water Course on great discount! The course will take place during the 14th of July till the 16th and of course the Dry Suit Specialty Course is included!
It’s going to be a great event and we encourage everyone to check us out and participate! Just note that the tours and courses are limited though the equipment order isn’t!
The Women Dive Day Deal:
- 50% off our most popular tour: The Strýtan Day Tour.
- Open Water Course on 75.000 ISK instead of the usual 105.000 ISK, given it’s booked over the weekend, starting on Friday the 14th and ending on Sunday the 16th.
- 15% off on all the equipment we’re selling from Mares, ScubaPro and HEAD, the order will go out on the 15th.
What does it include?
- On the 15th we’ll have a barbecue and drinks in Hjalteyri, where we can jump in the hot tub and enjoy the midnight sun and perhaps some whales!
- Loads of fun and great experiences with other female divers that share the same interests and great stories!

Note:
- To participate in Strytan Day Tour all divers have to be Advanced Open Water Divers with Dry Suit experience and older then 17. We only have 10 spaces on the boat so it’s good to secure your spot as soon as possible!
- Everyone can enter in the Open Water Course as long they’re older than 17. There are only 8 spaces possible in the Open Water Course so make sure you’ll book in time!
- Everyone can join in the barbecue!
- All women booking dives during the 15th of July will get a “girly” discount!
